CALLING ALL OUTGOING PEOPLE WHO LOVE SPORTS!

Austin SSC Kids is excited to add a driven social sports loving superstar to create awesome experiences for our players!

Enjoy sports? Make a living supporting our 60,000+ adult and youth recreational athletes! Our company’s mission is to be the best part of our customer’s day, and this team member will be a primary point of contact between those individuals and our staff.

The Youth Program Manager is responsible for the organization, growth, delivery, and quality of Austin SSC Kids programs. In our first year, over 1,000 kids played in our soccer leagues. That number is growing significantly, and we will continue to support that growth by adding additional sports and locations. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality youth programs, combined with the ability to manage the administrative components of a youth sports program. Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to ensure that the participants and families have an exceptional experience.

This crucial team member will also help set the tone for player experience and therefore must exude confidence, responsibility, and cheerfulness. This person is one of our primary brand ambassadors to players and must be comfortable speaking in front of groups, relating to both adults & children, and facilitating fun and excitement. This person is a skilled conflict manager and can diffuse issues quickly, equitably, and positively. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but
we can also teach smart, committed individuals.

Austin SSC Kids believes the fun and sportsmanship of games should be for everyone, and thus we provide activities for every type of person, every week of the year. Our leagues are about having a blast more than winning games. We are the premier company in Austin for adult & youth recreational sports and events, with over 35,000 local players per year, and 50,000 statewide.

If you are outgoing, enjoy working with kids and have experience managing youth sports, we want you on our team!
